Meet Mrs. Van Camp
I graduated from Taylor University in rural Indiana in 2002 with a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education. After graduation I started teaching kindergarten at Kingston. Two years later I began teaching third grade. At that time I began my Masters Degree in Reading and Literacy. I received my degree in 2006 from Walden University. This year is my 20th year teaching at Kingston and my seventh year teaching fourth grade.
We have five children who are a joy in our lives. Our youngest is 4, loves dressing up, and is starting early 5's this fall. Our other daughter is a sophomore in high school and loves reading and theater. Our youngest son is 13 and loves his sports. He is in the eighth grade this year as well and plays football for the Imlay City. Our oldest son just graduated from high school! Our other son is 16 and plays goalie for the Lakeland Falcons. In my free time, I love watching sports as well as traveling. I love the University of Michigan too. Go Blue!
